I'M MATT STEFFANINA. THIS STARTED WITH ME CLEANING GYM MACHINES IN VIRGINIA.
For three years I posted videos and basically nothing happened.
I was in a small farm town in Virginia, cleaning machines at a gym for minimum wage, then going home to post another video almost nobody saw. I kept showing up anyway. Same camera, same effort. One video would get a few hundred views, the next would get nothing, and every now and then one would blow up overnight and I had no clue why.
You probably know that feeling. Doing the work, staying consistent, watching the number refuse to move.
So I started studying. I pulled apart every video that took off and looked for the exact moment a stranger decides to keep watching. There was a pattern. They were all built the same way in those first few seconds, so I started building every video around it on purpose.
Then I started teaching it, and that became the part I love most. There's nothing like watching a creator who felt invisible finally post something that lands, while a whole community of them loses it in the comments. More than a million have done it with me since, and you're about to join them.
