VIRAL CREATOR ACADEMY
Five emails to sell the challenge. Seven to walk them through it. Every one written the way I'd actually write it, so it sounds like me, not a launch funnel.
Goes to the list before they buy. Pre-launch teaser through last call. Five emails, one job: get them in the room.
Hey,
I've gone quiet on email because I've been building something, and I didn't want to talk about it until it was real.
It started with one frustration. I kept meeting creators with real skill and a real work ethic, posting week after week, who couldn't figure out why nothing traveled. And when I watched their videos, the problem was almost never the quality. It was the structure.
Here's the thing nobody tells you. Every video that's ever crossed a million views, that reached people who didn't already follow you, has the same skeleton underneath it. Most creators never learn it. They're filming without ever seeing the blueprint.
So I built a challenge around it. Seven days. One lesson, one thing you actually post, every day. By Day 7 you've shipped a video built on that structure from the first frame.
It opens this week. Want the link the second it's live? Reply with "in" and I'll send it straight to you.
More soon.
Matt
Hey,
The challenge is open.
Seven days. One video that's actually engineered to travel, not crossed-fingers-and-hope.
Every day you get one short lesson and one specific thing to make. You're not sitting and watching. You're building. By Day 7 you post it. Here's what you walk away with:
You learn all of it by building a real video with it.
It's $27. Once. I price it there on purpose, so the room's full of people who'll do the work, not tire-kickers. Free challenges turn into ghost towns.

Let's go.
Matt
Hey,
Quick one.
After you post anything, there's one number that tells you more about whether it worked than everything else combined. Not likes. Not comments. Not even follower growth.
Watch time percentage.
The share of your video the average person actually watches before they leave. That's the number the algorithm uses to decide whether to push you to people who don't follow you yet. It's more honest than any other stat you've got.
Here's how I read it:
And this is the whole point of the challenge. It teaches you to fix all three of those before you film, not after you've already posted and watched it flatline.

Hey,
I hear this one a lot. "I want in, but I can't commit to seven days right now."
Hear me out.
Each day is one lesson and one thing to make. The lessons are short, most under ten minutes. The tasks are small and specific. Day 1 is picking a platform and writing one sentence. Day 2 is writing five hooks. I'm not asking for hours. I'm asking for one focused block a day.
And here's the bigger thing. You're already posting videos. You'll keep posting them. The only question is whether the next seven days of videos get built on a framework that gives them a real shot, or the same approach that's gotten you the same results.
Seven days is the cost. The system is what you keep.

The challenge closes {{close_date}}. After that it rolls into the next cohort.
Matt
Hey,
The challenge closes tomorrow. I'll keep this short.
If you've been thinking about it, this is the moment. The next cohort starts back up {{next_cohort}}, but if you want to run it with this group, with the live feedback happening in real time as people post, this is your window.
Seven days. One video. $27.
The creators who grow consistently aren't more talented than you. They're building their content on a structure that gives it a shot. That's the whole thing this teaches you.

Goes out once they're enrolled. Welcome, daily nudges on the days that matter, then the post-challenge follow-up and the VCA upsell.
Hey,
Welcome. You made the right call.
Here's how the next seven days run.
Each morning you get a short email from me with a heads-up on the day's lesson and what you're making. The lesson itself lives inside the challenge platform. Watch it whenever, but I'd watch in the morning and finish the task before bed. Seven days works best when each day is its own complete unit.
A few things that make this actually work:
Your Day 1 lesson is waiting.

Let's go.
Matt
Hey,
Day 1 is live.
Today's job is one decision: your platform and your angle. That's it.
Sounds simple. It isn't. Most creators have never made this call with an actual framework instead of a gut guess. The platform and angle you lock in today shape everything: how your hook gets written, how the video gets paced, and what the algorithm's rewarding on that platform right now.
Don't rush it. Give the Day 1 material an honest hour.
GO TO DAY 1 →
Today's task: platform picked, angle written in one sentence. Post it in the community.
See you tomorrow.
Matt
Hey,
Day 3 is the one I've been waiting for you to hit.
Today you learn the anatomy: the 5 parts behind every video that's ever traveled. Hook, Tension, Value, Loop, CTA. And I mean every one. Niche, platform, creator, none of it matters. This structure is sitting under all of them.
The loop trigger is the piece almost nobody uses. It's the last two seconds of your video, a specific kind of edit that makes someone want to replay from the top. Replays are one of the strongest signals on any platform. Once you see it, you'll never cut the end of a video the same way again.
Spend real time on today's task. The video map you build now is the blueprint for Day 5.
GO TO DAY 3 →
Matt
Hey,
Today you film. Three things to remember before the camera's on.
Film the hook three times before anything else. Three real takes, different energy, different pacing, maybe slightly different words. Not the same thing three times. Your first take is almost never your best, and the hook is the most important three seconds of the whole video.
Film the full thing at least twice. After the first run you'll feel where the rough spots are. The second run is almost always the better one.
And the one I tell everybody: if the hook still doesn't feel right by take three, change the words, not your energy. More intensity never fixed a bad hook. Better words do.
You've got your map from Day 3. You know what you're making. Now go make it.
GO TO DAY 5 →
Matt
Hey,
Day 7. Today you post it.
There's something in you right now that wants to tweak one more thing. I know that feeling. Post it anyway.
The data a live video gives you in the next 48 hours is worth more than every extra hour of polishing you could do today. Watch time percentage. Where people drop. Whether it traveled past your followers. You can't get any of that from a video sitting on your hard drive.
Post it. Close the app. Don't check it for 24 hours. Come back at the 48-hour mark and look at your watch time percentage first. I'll walk through what the number means in today's lesson.
You did the work. Seven days, one piece at a time. Today you put it out there.
GO TO DAY 7 →
Proud of you. Let's see it land.
Matt
Hey,
Couple of days since Day 7. Wanted to check in.
Whatever your watch time percentage was, whatever the numbers showed, hold onto this. You did something most creators never do. You built a video on purpose. You used a structure. You made a deliberate call on every section, from the hook to the last two seconds. That's a different thing from what you were doing before, and it's the thing that compounds.
The creators who grow consistently aren't the ones with the best single video. They're the ones running a repeatable system on every video until it becomes instinct. You've run it once. Now run it again.
Hit reply and tell me how it went. What was your watch time percentage? What's the one thing you'd change next time? I read these.
Matt
Hey,
You just built your first video on purpose. Here's what the next step looks like.
Inside VCA there's a full curriculum, not just this challenge. Every course I've built. Live coaching. A room full of creators going through the same process you just did, on every platform and in every niche.
The challenge gave you the foundation: the structure of a video that travels. VCA builds on it. Platform-specific strategy, algorithm changes as they happen, how to turn one video that travels into steady growth, and how to make money off the audience once you've built it.
The challenge is $27 and you already own it. VCA is $97 a month, and the challenge is part of it, so the only thing you're adding is everything else.
If the last seven days taught you something real, that's what's inside.

Either way, keep posting. Keep doing the reps. The system works if you work it.
